(SPEC4) Special Course 4: Spine Oncology Update

This course will review and highlight the multidisciplinary management of spinal tumors for the practicing surgeon. Practical tips for managing common tumors and clinical scenarios with an emphasis on complications avoidance and surgical planning will be emphasized. Applications of robotics, endoscopy, navigation and custom implants will be featured this year in addition to case discussions.

  • Analyze various surgical treatment approaches to address spine tumor pathologies
  • Learn applications of new technologies in spine tumor surgery
  • Discuss complications avoidance strategies in tumor surgery
