Mehmet Zileli, MD, IFAANS
Dr.Mehmet Zileli was born in 1956, graduated from Ege Medical School in 1980, finished the residency program of Ege Neurosurgery Department in 1986, and became Associate Professor in 1989 and Professor in 1996. He works as a Neurosurgery Professor at Sanko University, Gaziantep, Turkey.
He worked as a research fellow in Erlangen, Germany with Johannes Schramm (1987-1988) with a grant from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. He has also worked in Bonn, Germany (1991), New Mexico, USA, and Phoenix, USA (1996, 1997 Prof.Edward C Benzel, Prof.Volker Sonntag) for the short term as a research fellow.
