Advait Patil is a first-year medical student at Harvard Medical School. He graduated from Stanford University with an M.S. in Computer Science, concentrating in Artificial Intelligence, as well as dual B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Biology. He has previously spent time researching at Stanford ChEM-H & Bioengineering, NASA, MIT, and UCSF. Advait currently works at the Massachusetts General Hospital and the Brigham and Women's Hospital on problems at the intersection of machine learning and neurosurgery, with specific research interests in large language models and intraoperative AI.
