Luke Mugge is a Neurosurgery resident from the Inova Neurosurgery program who is completing a complex spine fellowship with Dr. Turner at Barrow. After completion of this fellowship, he plans to return to Northern Virginia to complete his residency. After graduation, he hopes to complete an additional fellowship in pediatric deformtiy. He has a strong interest in both adult and pediatric deformity and plans to have a combined practice after completing training. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Mugge strong interetest in the development of innovative of devices used throughout the field of neurosurgery. He has experience and interests in biomechanics, device design and implementation, patents, and development. Given his interest in medical devices and deformity spine surgery, he is interested in further developing his connections and relationships throughout the industry.
