Justin Smith, MD, PhD, FAANS is Harrison Distinguished Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Virginia. He is Vice Chair for Research and Chief of the Spine Division. His practice focuses on spine surgery, inclujding degenerative disease, trauma, tumor, and deformity. His research interests include cervical and thoracolumbar adult deformity, and he is a member of the International Spine Study Group.
