Dr. Chibuikem Anthony Ikwuegbuenyi is a research fellow at the Department of Neurosurgery at Weill Cornell Medicine. He is a former International Elective Fellow at the Muhimbili Orthopedic Institute, a neurosurgical referral center in East Africa. Dr. Ikwuegbuenyi obtained his medical degree from the University of Lagos in Nigeria, and his primary area of focus is global neurosurgery. He is a passionate advocate for improving neurosurgical care in Africa.

At the upcoming conference, Dr. Ikwuegbuenyi will present his research on the validity and reliability of the Swahili (Tanzania) version of the AO Spine Patient Reported Outcome Spine Trauma (PROST). Dr. Ikwuegbuenyi is excited to interact with other experts in the field further to enhance the understanding and treatment of various spine pathologies. He is also open to learning from his peers.
