Duke University School or Medicine
Durham, NC, US
My name is Andreas Seas, and I am an MD/PhD student at Duke University. I am currently pursuing research in neural engineering and machine learning as applied to neurosurgery, and am dedicated to improving our care for patients with neurologic disease in the United States and abroad. As a member of the Duke Division of Global Neurosurgery and Neurology (DGNN), I use machine learning and artificial intelligence to build algorithms that optimize neurotrauma care. As a member of the McIntyre Lab and Pratt School of Engineering, I use computational approaches to better understand and optimize deep brain stimulation for depression. I am looking forward to AANS 2022!
