Dr. Marcus D. Mazur is an assistant professor at the University of Utah. He completed his neurosurgery residency at the University of Utah and a postgraduate complex spine fellowship at the University of Virginia. He is the director of the neurosurgery spine fellowship and associate program director of the neurosurgery residency. His interests include adult spinal deformity, scoliosis, open reconstructive surgery, new spine technology, minimally invasive surgery, and education. His research focus is in spine biomechanics.
