Maryam N Shahin MD is a 5th year neurological surgery resident at Oregon Health & Sceince University. She is dedicated to advancing the field of spine surgery through clinical excellence and research. She has over 30 manuscripts published or in press and is committed to a career academic neurosurgery with an interest in pursuing pediatric spine and functional surgery. Beyond neurosurgery, she enjoys chasing powder skiing with her husband, spending time with family and friends and watching Real Madrid.
